Our BIM model serves as a common digital environment (CDE), facilitating clearer and more precise communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. We assist structural consultants and engineers with design development modeling, construction documentation, and energy analysis modeling. In the later phases, we deliver a Level of Development (LOD) 300 coordination model, along with shop drawings and erection/installation drawings for modular assemblies and prefabricated structural components to manufacturers, fabricators, and trade contractors.
